1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Palm Desert Trading LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities available for purchase
- Discontinue any product at any time
- Modify prices without prior notice
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and cash on delivery within Jordan.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available throughout Jordan. Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. For large orders, delivery arrangements will be discussed and confirmed before shipment.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Products must be in resalable condition. Please review our Returns Policy for detailed information or contact us at info@palmdt.com.
7. Warranty
Product warranties are as specified by the manufacturers (TommaTech/CW Energi). Solar panels include 12-year product warranty and up to 30-year linear performance warranty. Power stations include manufacturer warranty as specified in product documentation. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period with proof of purchase. 8. Limitation of Liability
Palm Desert Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.
